All sales are final, however, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds in the event an item is damaged in transit.
THE FOLLOWING MUST BE MET FOR ALL REFUNDS,EXCHANGES, STORE CREDIT:
- Simply notify us via email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for your request, full name, date, order number and type REFUND, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT in the subject line for faster response times.
- Items must be in the original condition it was sent. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
- We DO NOT accept returns for promotional offers or discounted items.
Exchanges and returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you to complete your refund, exchange or store credit.
